At The Stage Shop, I led the digital transformation of a long-standing performing arts retailer, launching its Shopify platform and expanding its reach across Australia through e-commerce, photography, and digital marketing.
A highlight was launching a new ordering system for a niche product category, supported by a targeted campaign that generated $15,000+ in online sales within 2 weeks. I also implemented inventory systems, booking tools, and a loyalty program to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
Beyond e-commerce, I strengthened brand storytelling through photography, managed social media, and contributed to in-store styling and community engagement, including collaborations with Burnside Village. I also directed photography sessions with dancers and young performers, enhancing the brand’s storytelling and deepening its connection with the performing arts community.
